How it works
Join a 15 min in person session + a 5 min audio recording each week
Participate in the online community and accountability group
Initial 3 month programme. Extendable to 6, 9 or 12.
Monthly cost for a group of 3 or 4 people:
£65/month/person
Monthly cost for a group of 5 or 6 people:
£50/month/person
