Mandala Workshops

Mindful sessions for Company Wellbeing, Social Clubs, Charities and more.

The Mindful Compass name is inspired by a love of taking time to make these Mandalas, simply using a compass, pens and paper.  There is a stillness that comes from bringing people together to create something quite beautiful in such a simple way.  Each workshop can focus on pieces for individual attendees, or completing a design as a group collectively. 

Each workshop begins with a short mindfulness practice, before participants are lead through a series of exercises leading to the completion of their own mandala, or part of a larger piece if collectively creating a single mandala.

Participants report a sense of calm and focus during workshops, along with a sense of accomplishment as they create something new. Better connections can also be built between participants as they discuss their designs and frequently offer each other positive feedback.

Nature Mandalas

Mindfulness helps us discover some of the patterns in the way our minds think and to appreciate the beauty of the every day. Nature mandalas are a great extension of this, using things that nature has discarded either via windy conditions, animal activity or the changing of the seasons. There are patterns all around us, and we can create some amazing designs with these items, bringing the principles of mindfulness and compassion to life. A great team building and community building activity.
